For human beings, the moment of birth marks the beginning of a lifetime of ceaseless thinking and an addiction to endless thoughts and all its derivatives, including stress, anxiety, coping, manipulation, over-analysis and questioning. It’s the human condition: constant thinking and over-thinking lead to unhappiness, having many, many expectations, and the most toxic of thought forms, judgment. As you practice meditation daily and learn to quiet your mind and take a break from the ceaseless thinking, you will attain overall clarity of vision, and you will be more relaxed, at peace, present, and able to concentrate for longer and longer periods of time without being distracted by wandering thoughts, emotions or feelings.

With clarity, you gain a better capacity to multi-task, to make the right decisions, live moment by moment, IN the moment, and generally be more productive - with less effort. With clarity, there is less confusion, less frustration. You are able to deal with people, no matter what the situation, in a calm and focused manner. You do not engage in arguments and fights: you are far above that because you can see that from the vastness within, from your higher self, that none of that holds any value to you and is ultimately pointless and destructive. What is of value is what you are experiencing right here - right now - while meditating… and that is the vastness beyond the mind that will lead you to a state of inner clarity of vision, peace and joy. Here, within this vastness beyond your mind, you feel a deep sense of love and gratitude for all that you are and have, and for yourself.
