Your “higher self” or “silent passenger” is a conduit through which manifesting dreams your intellect can’t even imagine becomes possible, and this form of meditation is a way of putting yourself in the “flow” and aligning with your higher purpose - which is the ultimate form of manifestation. When we try to control outcomes with our intellect, or wish for something that, beyond our current comprehension, may be blocking us from aligning with our higher purpose, or from achieving or attaining something even more meaningful and wonderful for us than we can imagine for ourselves, it will likely not manifest, regardless of how much we may wish for it or what actions we may take to attempt to manifest it.

No matter what anyone says or has ever said about manifesting abundance, we cannot control outcomes any more than we can redirect lightning. We can, however, be open to receiving and managing the abundance that is best for our highest and greatest good – which is limitless. In order to do this, however, we must first become conscious of our thought patterns, and recognize the fact that on average, of the approximately 650,000 thoughts we have every day, 80% of those thoughts are NEGATIVE. We all have judgmental, critical, or self-defeating thoughts from time to time, however, left unchecked, they can become deeply embedded thought patterns that can cause us to unconsciously repel the abundance we truly desire and deserve, be it happiness, fulfillment, love, or success. Becoming self-aware through meditation and self-observation is the key to curbing negative thought patterns that block abundant outcomes.

Let’s focus on that now. Shift your inner awareness. Focus your attention on your heart and allow all the love and gratitude you carry there to shine forward: gratitude for all that you are, all that you love, and all the abundance you have been blessed with up to this point in your life…
