"...Continue to visualize the golden ray of light. Know that deep within you is an ocean of tranquility, of calmness, and absolute bliss. It exists as part of your inner nature and you have complete access to it whenever you choose to go there. As you continue to meditate, go there now and allow the ensuing waves of calmness and tranquility and bliss to rise up within you and wash away any agitated or negative thoughts or feelings you may have, and to fill you with a deep sense of peace and joy. Continue to breathe in deep and breathe out long, always remaining aware of your breath.

Gently, shift your inner awareness. Focus your attention on your heart and on the abundant love and gratitude you carry there.  Allow it to shine forward now with gratitude for all that you are, all that you love, and all you have been blessed with. A life without love and gratitude is an empty shell existence, and it is through feeling and expressing love and gratitude, or “lovitude”, that we are able to experience the true self and ride the waves of inner peace, contentment, and bliss that arise from it. Repeat inwardly, to all that you love and are grateful for, “Thank you… I love you… thank you… I love you…” Remain aware of each in-breath and out-breath while staying focused on the feelings of love and gratitude or "lovitude" that arise from your heart, and just feel them as they infuse your entire being with scintillating, pulsating love energy.

Your body is relaxed, yet at the same time, it is alert. Your mind is serene, yet focused. Breathe in deep and breathe out long, always focusing on the joy in your heart and the “lovitude” oozing forth from it.  As your in-breath goes in a little deeper and your out-breath flows out a little longer, let your body relax even further into this awareness of total peace, joy and love.

Right now it doesn’t matter who or where you are. Right now, just allow your heart to expand and experience the greatness of your own being - your inner being - that carries the power of meditation and brings about balance, peace and tranquility as it recharges and refreshes your mind. For a few moments now, let your meditation unveil the light of your heart to you and the profound light of your "lovitude"...
