The longer versions of this meditation allow for a deeper and even more rewarding meditation experience.

Cultivating Clarity & Concentration

Attain greater clarity of vision, a better capacity to multitask, be more productive with less effort, experience less confusion & frustration, be able to concentrate for longer periods of time without being distracted, and deal with people in a calmer and more focused manner. The longer versions of this meditation allow for a deeper and even more rewarding meditation experience.

Healing the Mind & Body

Thoroughly cleanse and heal your mind & body of negative energies & blockages and immediately experience feelings of clarity, lightness, increased energy & vitality, inner peace and balance. Longer versions of this meditation allow for a deeper and even more meaningful meditation experience.

Breathing & Inspiration

The word "inspiration" (Latin: “inspirare”) means "to breathe into". If you allow your mind the space and time it requires to be open to inspiring thoughts, true inspiration can occur. The longer versions of this meditation allow for a deeper and even more rewarding meditation experience.

Cultivating Self-Acceptance & Love

Any "dis-ease" or negativity the body experiences begins with a negative thought-form. Make amends for any negative or self-destructive thoughts or behaviors which may have resulted in a negative condition for your body, and cultivate feeling and offering a profound sense of love to every part of you to feel healed, whole and fully accepting of yourself. Gain an even deeper feeling of self acceptance and love with the 30 or 60 minute version.

Manifesting Abundance

Your “higher self” is a conduit through which manifesting dreams your intellect can’t even imagine becomes possible, and this form of meditation is a way of putting yourself in the “flow” & aligning with your higher purpose which is the ultimate form of manifestation so you can attract what you truly desire and deserve, be it happiness, fulfillment, love or success. The longer versions of this mediation allow for a deeper and even more rewarding meditation experience.

The Stress & Anxiety Buster

All stress is ultimately caused by self-destructive behavior in the form of distractions from self and from focusing on the “small ego-self” as opposed to remaining in the awareness of the “higher self”. When we are true to our true, "higher" selves and not caught up in behaviours that distract us from it, and when we are “tuned in” to our physical, emotional and psychological needs, we become more and more resilient and able to cope with and virtually eliminate the negative effects of stress & anxiety from our lives. The longer versions of this meditation allow for a deeper and even more meaningful meditation experience.

Meditation Made Easy: The Beginner's Guide to Meditation

When we consciously observe our thoughts (and not engage them) while meditating, we can experience the many physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual benefits of meditation. Our cognitive mind (or “monkey mind” as they say in the East) is what has now been scientifically proven to the be the block that prevents us from accessing our "higher mind" (intuitive) functions due to the incessant brain chatter and ceaseless thoughts (or brain noise) it produces. Meditation is the key to calming the "monkey mind", clarity of vision, true peace of heart and mind, and to allowing one's innate wisdom to flow freely, allowing you to be "in the flow" and generally more productive and happier. The longer versions allow for a deeper and even more rewarding meditation experience.

Building Resilience

Resilience is the ability to adapt positively to, and rebound from, change, challenges, and adversity. This issue specific, medically endorsed Guided Meditation, helps the mind deal with and adapt to life's adversities, and adaption to these challenging and unavoidable aspects of life helps restore wellness.

As one of the most vital coping skills for surviving in the workplace and beyond, resilience enables you to be more flexible, more adaptable, and far better able to cope with whatever life may throw your way. Cultivating resilience through meditation helps to fuel the mind with a calm assertiveness, enhanced emotional agility and cognitive flexibility during challenging times. And there is an abundance of medical proof that meditation greatly increases overall resilience and offers positive, life-altering results.

The longer versions of this meditation allow for a deeper and even more meaningful meditation experience.

Overcoming Addiction, Part 1 of 3: "I choose a healthy me."

Most of us are addicted to something. If not to drugs, alcohol, food, cigarettes, or gambling, it is to seemingly lesser grave dependencies like overeating, gossiping, compulsive texting or negative thought patterns. Meditation is a way of learning how to view our impulses from a third-person perspective, thereby creating a psychic distance between wanting to indulge in the addiction and actually doing so, which is integral to overcoming the power of the addiction itself. By choosing to meditate alongside other wellness efforts in overcoming addiction, research has proven that you will likely be addiction free 25% faster and 80% more successful in remaining so if you continue meditate. Available in 30 and 60 minute versions. Both are equally as effective, however the 60 minute version allows for a deeper and even more meaningful meditation experience allowing for more breathing room during the meditation itself.

Overcoming addiction, Part 2 of 3: "I am not my addiction."

Overcoming an addiction is one of the most challenging initiatives anyone can undertake, and those who are able to overcome their addiction are among the bravest and strongest in the world. It’s a big step but does it have to be daunting, laced with an undertone of futility and/or difficulty? Every step we take is as big, or as daunting, or as easy, as we decide it is in our mind because it is scientifically proven that our mind cannot tell the difference between an actual, "real-life" event and a vividly imagined one. By choosing to meditate alongside other wellness efforts in overcoming addiction, research has proven that you will likely be addiction free 25% faster and will be 80% more successful in remaining addiction free if you continue meditate. Available in 30 and 60 minute versions: both are as effective however the 60 minute version allows for a deeper and even more meaningful meditation experience.

Overcoming Addiction, Part 3 of 3: "I can do this!"

Meditation is scientifically proven to lower cortisol levels, enhance the immune system and streamline the body’s ability to cleanse itself of chemical toxins which can negatively affect overall health and emotional well-being. Over time, meditation actually thickens the prefrontal region of the brain called the amygdala, which is the area in the brain responsible for optimism, well-being, spaciousness, self-observation, compassion and possibility. When the amygdala is relaxed, the nervous system automatically counteracts anxiety: the heart rate lowers, breathing deepens and slows, and the body stops releasing cortisol and adrenaline into the bloodstream which can, and most often do, have a marked, damaging, long-term effect on the body if not held in check. By choosing to meditate alongside other wellness efforts in overcoming addiction, research has proven that you will likely be addiction free 25% faster, and will be 80% more successful in remaining addiction free if you continue meditate. Available in 30 and 60 minute versions: both are as effective however the 60 minute version allows for a deeper and even more meaningful meditation experience.
