In this month of January, all around the world, we celebrate the light from without that radiates from our glorious sun as we maintain our trajectory and perpetual dance around it, in gratitude for sustaining all life on Earth for yet another year. 

In meditation…

…we seek out and celebrate the light within, the sacred essence of ourselves as “people of the light”; our soul light, that burns ever brighter the more we cultivate our connection with it through the ancient and vital practice of meditation.

As conscientious meditators, we do this so we may continually raise the vibration of our beautiful planet, and live in PEACE and in love, together, here, as ONE, for as many days as Mother Gaia and Creation affords us.

Thriving in Challenging Saturn-Pluto Times

Just a few days ago, Canadian Astrologer extraordinaire, Phil Booth, of http://boothstars.com, wrote that “the Full Moon Lunar eclipse in Cancer last Friday, January 10, amplified a confluence of epic celestial activity such as the Saturn-Pluto conjunction, Mercury rounding the far side of the Sun and the crescendo in the revolutionary and unpredictable energy of Uranus. The power of these configurations cannot be underestimated.

On Monday this week, the Sun catches up to the Saturn-Pluto conjunction. At the same time, Venus will enter spiritual Pisces. This will pave the way to getting some deep insights into a massive shift in your inner world. You’re likely to receive powerful dreams that will present you with intriguing symbolic images that make no sense at first.

As always the case with symbols, give them time to reveal their meaning. Listen carefully to your breath and the sounds around you. This needs to be done now more than ever. Your inner sure of wisdom will translate these symbols. You’ll notice that your usual reactions to events in your life will begin to change. As your inner world goes through a transformation, your outer world of mater will reflect these changes.”

Have YOU Been “Marked”?

As I wrote last week, the Saturn-Pluto conjunction promised to “Mark” each and every one of us, namely to bring a life-altering occurrence, one that after which, we would never be the same again, like the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a job, or a friendship.

Or it may have signified the death of your belief system, the end of a social construct you have made it a part of your life to partake in, or the shocking realization that things “out there” aren’t what they have seemed to be for such a long time. 

Or, as I also mentioned, it could signify the time we fall in love, make a life-long commitment to someone, have a child, graduate from college or university, or begin a meditation practice – which has the capacity to both “mark” and change us in more ways than are imaginable. 

Personally, I’ve already been through the wringer, especially since the 13th this month, as I myself have already experienced 3 of the above (not saying which ones!) and that’s just in the last 48 hours since Saturn and Pluto hooked up for the first time since the last time in history, which apparently, heralded the American Revolution! 

There isn’t anyone I know who isn’t experiencing some sort of HUGE shift or challenge in their lives, and I know several who are REALLY getting put through said wringer, with several huge challenges on their plates!

On the upside, I’ve also felt felt a profound inner shift; a new steadfastness, renewed determination and a feistiness I didn’t know existed within me, which I can only chalk that up to the Saturn-Pluto hook-up – and other shifting energies occurring now on Earth. More about that in upcoming Posts!

Meditation RX to the Rescue!

Honestly, and I’m sure many of you feel the same way, and that’s if it wasn’t for my daily meditation practice, breathing exercises and going “inside” in meditation, finding my “best and highest self” and surrendering to it in all matters (as it truly knows what’s aligned with our path and what egos construct is holding us back), and getting back to centre, STOPPING the incessant thoughts that ceaselessly reel in my mind, (even for just brief increments at times), that cause my stress, and therefore cortisol levels, to skyrocket, I’d have probably not have gotten through the last few days as well as I have, despite the trinity of heavy duty challenges that just transpired in my life.

Like I said, there’s a new steadfastness, feistiness, and the total absence of fear moving forward.

If you’re feeling anything at all like that, you’re definitely aligned with, and are sensitive to, the stars and planets movements.

Just Say “No Thanks” to Fear!

The absence of fear (an egoic construct, whose only value is triggering fight or flight when you are in a life-threatening situation) is one of the biggest blocks we experience to full freedom and the end of human suffering.

It is also one of the more esoteric and byproducts of a regular meditation practice.

The more we meditate, the more we cultivate our relationship with our fearless “higher self” or “silent passenger”, as I like to call it. And the more we cultivate that relationship, the closer we are drawn to the full realization of our ultimate truth.

And it is up to each and every one of us to discover what that ultimate truth is – through meditation.

Simply said, if we cease having fearful thoughts, we will not create situations to be feared. It’s really that simple.

That doesn’t mean things will stop happening in your life that may illicit a heightened response from you. Those things will always happen.

The difference will be made in responding to these events CONSCIOUSLY, rather than reacting to them UNCONSCIOUSLY, and allowing fearful thoughts to run amok and take over our emotional, physical and mental state completely, we surrender to the “higher” aspects of ourselves, that are far greater, far stronger and far more resilient than your ego or any egoic construct ever was or could ever be. 

This is spiritual mastery. Not unattainable. Just requires the intention – and meditation to get there. Can’t you just TASTE the freedom?? I know you can!

“Be the Rubber Duckie!”

Meditating immediately reduces stress and anxiety by 40%, and if you consistently meditate and teach yourself to go there as a default – even for JUST 1 FIERCELY INTENSE MINUTE OF GOING INSIDE – you could potentially live STRESS FREE.

Before you think I’ve gone mad with the Rubber Duckie pics, hear me out!

My beloved spiritual teacher used to say, “Be the Rubber Duckie!” And of course, I couldn’t stop laughing the first time I heard her say that! Until, of course, I got thinking about the it… 

The Rubber Duckie remains the Duckie… and no matter the size of the waves or the motion of the water, just keeps on floating with that peaceful expression, letting each wave pass under it without a care in the world! 

Can’t you just see yourself as the Duckie? In fact, that’s a great idea for a Guided Meditation, and I’ll have to create one on “the Duck” soon! 

In the mean time, in these borderline insane Earth times, when things get a little kookier, spookier, freakier, weirder or just more challenging than you feel you can handle, STEP 1: Breathe! and…

…visualize “BEING the Rubber Duckie!”, serenely floating on the waves, smiling, paying no attention to the turbulent waters below. And you don’t have to tell ANYONE that’s what you’re doing. 😉

You’ll still benefit 100% from that serenity visualization, even if it’s for just a few moments, and help yourself get through whatever challenges come knocking on your bathroom – or otherwise – door. 

And STEP 2: Breathe again! (Always remember breathing… It’s GOOD! Lol…)

Cultivate the practice of responding to these events CONSCIOUSLY, rather than reacting to them UNCONSCIOUSLY, and allowing fearful thoughts to run amok and take over your emotional, physical and mental state completely.

With a steady meditation practice, I guarantee you you will find both your ultimate truth, end personal suffering and find your full freedom.

Goodness knows, we’re all stressed out to the max.

The WHO (World Health Organization) declared stress to be a global epidemic in the early 2000’s. I think we can safely say it’s at least doubled, if not quadrupled, or even sextupled since then, if not more.

If we could just STOP… give our whirring, buzzing, perpetually thinking minds a break, HUGE changes WILL ensue. Please don’t say you don’t have TIME to meditate… Honestly, you can’t afford NOT to meditate. And that’s what I’m determined to communicate to the world through this Blog. More about “STOPPING” in next weeks Blog.

As I say in the Guided Meditation, There is no need to “DO” anything while meditating. Rather it is more a process of “un-doing”… 

Here’s the key: No matter how many thoughts play in your mind or how many different feelings surface, do not be daunted by them. Everyone has thoughts and feelings that play on their mind…

When thoughts come up, as they will, simply acknowledge them, be grateful for them, then let them go. Or you can imagine they are clouds floating by in the sky, high above you…” 

Stressful Events Will Continue to Ensue

As described earlier when I talked about STEP 2 and CHOOSING to RESPOND rather than REACT to stressful situations with a fear response that takes over your life, as I also say in the Guided Meditation, “A person who ‘reacts’ to an event or situation has given the event or situation control or power over them. They are reacting physically, emotionally and psychologically, in varying degrees of intensity, to their own detriment, and usually make poor choices as a result, that are based on heated or hurt emotions.

The person who ‘responds’ to an event or situation is taking a step back, breathing through their reaction phase, taking time, acknowledging the relevant importance of the event or situation, putting it in perspective, and understanding or ‘assessing’ what exactly it means to them emotionally, physically, and intellectually.

The key words here are ‘breathing’, ‘putting things into perspective’, then ‘assessing’ what the body is saying about that situation through the feelings of stress and anxiety that arise...” There’s much more on that in the Guided Mediation itself, so please tune in and help yourself de-stress, with ease!

In the end…

…it is in this way, and in this way only, through introspection, breathing and meditation, that we are able to process our human stress.

And that is another reason why meditation is a moral imperative, in my opinion, given the state of the world. Goodness knows WE NEED CHANGE, and it isn’t going to come about with the same thought processes that created the situation that needs changing in the first place.

Practice stopping letting your thoughts control you, even for a few seconds or moments at a time, and learn how to achieve your goals and aspirations in SPITE OF THEM. 

Any one of my Guided Meditations will take you through that process, and also gently take you on a meditation journey you will never regret, given all the incredible insights and experiences that are waiting for you just behind your eyelids when you close your eyes in meditation.

So please, remember to just STOP and meditate! You are a beautiful HUMAN BEING that’s evolving into an even more beautiful HUMAN BEING, and certainly not a HUMAN DOING! More about that in next week’s Post.

1.12.2020: The Higher Mind & Meditation, & Making Way for the "WOW"!

This entire month, more than ever, all around the world, we celebrate the light from without that radiates from our glorious sun, as we maintain our trajectory and perpetual dance around it, in gratitude for sustaining all life on Earth for yet another year.

It is fitting to bring Guided Meditations to the world at this time, as in meditation, we seek out and celebrate the light within, the sacred essence of ourselves as “people of the light”; our soul light, that burns ever brighter the more we cultivate our connection with it through the ancient and vital practice of meditation.

We do this, that we may continually raise the vibration of our beautiful planet, so we can live in PEACE, and in love, together, here, as ONE, for as many days as Mother Gaia affords us.

1.12.2020: Brace Yourself

As if the off-the-charts, energetically powerful “Ring of Fire” Solar Eclipse that occurred on December 26, 2019 wasn’t enough to shake things up,  “The Great Transformation”, marked by the Saturn-Pluto conjunct on 1.12.2020 is upon us, just hours away as I write this Blog.

It promises to “mark” EACH ONE OF US, namely to bring a life-altering occurrence, one that after which, you will never be the same again on all levels of your being. 

This event need not necessarily be potentially negative, like the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a job, a friendship, it may signify the death of a belief system you’ve held – nay, defended – the end of a social construct you have made it a part of your life to partake in, or the shocking realization that things “out there” aren’t what they have seemed to be for such a long time.

It could also be the time you fall in love, make a life-long commitment to someone, have a child, graduate from college or university, or begin a meditation practice – which will DEFINITELY both “mark” and change you in more ways than you can possibly imagine. 

As I write this, JUST NOW, I got a pop-up on my phone from a really wonderful astrological app that my daughter, who herself is an accomplished astrologer, suggested I get. It’s called “The Pattern” and I highly recommend it. This is the a brief synopsis of what it says for today, 1.10.2020: 

“The next few days are highlighting a kind of conflict that has been building for the last 5 years; this level of tension hasn’t appeared for nearly 700 years. 

It’s becoming more and more clear that the current man-made rules of the world – including laws, hierarchies, and regulations – are going against the organic cycle of life. It’s like the operating manual that has been in place is contradicting the natural order of things. 

This underlying energy is unprecedented in our time, and it’s meant to create upheaval and change the established cultural norms. It’s an important moment for transformation to occur, although many people will want to hold on to the old ways of doing things. 

You may notice this resistance in your personal life or in world events. It’s like there’s a battle between the posers that want to maintain order and the forces that seek to destroy it. Although this may be an intense time, it’s a necessary moment, because it’s emphasizing the fact that the natural order of things can no longer be ignored. 

This time is an opportunity to confront the structures that have been in control. This includes your inner critic as well as designated authorities and people in power in the world. This combination of two very different forces is so powerful that it can create a kind of clarity – where all of humanity can see that things can’t continue the same way anymore. 

During this time, you might ask yourself, “In which areas of my life do I feel hopeless and helpless that anything will change?” And, “What controls me and the world around me in negative ways?” and, “Am I ready to help change the underlying structures that are unfair and create mistrust?”

Ideally, you’ll recognize this moment as a tipping point, where you’re able to identify what needs to radically change in yourself and in the world around you. Open yourself up to the transformation that’s possible now. The time period will last another 3-4 years.”

Synchronicity City!

Well, if I never believed in synchronicity (even though I do, totally!), this would have totally blown me away, to quote the vernacular! It’s one of those grace-filled moments that tend to occur the closer you get to your higher self and connected to all there is, through cultivating those connections through meditation… 

Here I am, about to publish this week’s Guided Meditation on “Manifesting Abundance”, wherein I talk about the fact that no matter what anyone says or has ever said about manifesting abundance, we can no more DIRECTLY control outcomes in our lives any more than we can redirect lightning. And that we can, however be open to receiving and managing the abundance that is best for our highest and greatest good – which is LIMITLESS…

In order to do this, however, we must first become conscious of negative thought patterns, which make up around 80% of our thoughts. Becoming self-aware through meditation and self-observation is the key to curbing negative thought patterns that block abundant outcomes.

And that’s exactly what “The Pattern” (that popped up, just as I began to write earlier today) talks about when it addresses the “inner critic” and what we need to do to change. Remember, it asks, “During this time, you might ask yourself, “In which areas of my life do I feel hopeless and helpless that anything will change?” And, “What controls me and the world around me in negative ways?” and, “Am I ready to help change the underlying structures that are unfair and create mistrust?”

In short, “The Pattern” is urging us, in this time of great astrological upheaval, to look within and identify negative thought patterns, so that WHEN WE COME THROUGH THIS paradigm shifting1.12.2020 herald, and by gum, WE WILL COME THROUGH IT, we will no longer be crippled with negative thought patterns running amok all over our lives, blocking the magnificent abundance – that is available for our highest and greatest good – that is just waiting for us to receive it in our lives!

I just LOVE IT when stuff like that happens! So great! Now more about the higher mind and meditation, as promised in last week’s Blog.

The Higher Mind and Meditation

Aside from the physical, emotional and intellectual benefits of daily meditation – even just 15 minutes of it a day – there is another even more important reason to meditate, which is very, very exciting indeed! In order to explain it properly, however, let’s take a step back and take a look at life from 10,000 feet, as they say.

Few of us feel fulfilled in our lives, sadly, because we have not yet fully embraced and learned how to wield the power of our intentions. More on that in a later post.

For now, just bear with me, and let’s do some creative visualization: Right now, just for a moment, imagine living the life you always dreamed of, and attaining the success you’ve worked so hard to achieve, and living that life in abundance, joyfully, in peace, with great enthusiasm for whatever endeavours you wish to undertake – with the right tools to manage stress so it never affects you adversely again.

Close your eyes and do that now for at least 17 seconds. Having done that, does that picture really seem so far-fetched to you? 

What if I told you the only thing standing in the way of that coming true is YOU? Yes, you. And why would that be? 

Because you’re not using the most powerful tool you possess to its greatest advantage – and that tool is your “higher self”, “higher mind”, or “Silent Passenger”.  The higher mind has the capacity to unleash your full potential and fulfil your every desire – when you know how to work with it to your greatest advantage. 

Here’s the Key!

The key to manifesting; the secret to making it work, is after you meditate and FEEL the state of having whatever it is you desire, is to get out of the way and allow it to happen or to come to you!

Most humans spend 90% of their time wanting something, and are continually communicating their sense of lack to the universe, ergo, getting back the same lack, creating an endless loop of lack, and ultimately, suffering.

Stay in neutral receiving mode for 90% of the time and only do your 17 second mediations on what you desire for 10% of the time. That’s the correct ratio for manifestation. 

Also, you can’t allow doubt to creep in or allow negative thoughts to overcome you. If you do, you’re blocking the natural, superb outcome of your desire. The visual equivalent of that is building an impenetrable 100 foot tall wall around yourself, with your self in the middle, scratching your head, wondering why your desire isn’t manifesting.

You see, it’s all the same to the universe, which absolutely must comply with your wishes, so if you’re in doubt and in negativity, it will give you more things to doubt and be negative about.

Do your 17 second visualizations where you are FEELING the incredible high from actually having achieved the things you desire, and then WHOOSH! Get out of the way and step into grateful receiving mode and watch your desires begin to manifest, right before your very eyes. 

That’s another reason meditation is so important – so very powerful – because it’s a way to detach yourself from those thoughts and just be present and in the moment (in grateful receiving mode) and allow your higher mind to take over and just observe the workings of the mind, with EASE and without judgement.

Always remember to be mindful of your breath and of any tension you may be holding in your body – and just be with it – and breathe through it – and bring a new awareness to yourself – a sense of calm, of peace, and positivity.

The rest, you will find, will unfold far more effortlessly than you could ever imagine, because you’ve prepared the way for great things to manifest – to unfold for you – for your “silent passenger” or “higher mind”, who is the REAL you – the higher part of you – your consciousness or “inner I”, that that steps to the forefront and becomes activated the moment you close your eyes and begin to meditate – with or without a Guided Meditation (both work equally well) – and allow thoughts – any thoughts – to just float on by like clouds in the sky. 

Thich Nhat Hanh, Zen Master and global spiritual leader, poet and peace activist, revered around the world for his powerful teachings and bestselling writings on mindfulness and peace, said this about meditation: Meditation is not evasion; it is a serene encounter with reality”. He is the man Martin Luther King called “An Apostle of peace and nonviolence.” His key teaching is that, through mindfulness – and meditation – we can learn to live happily in the present moment, which is the only way to truly develop peace, both in all aspects of one’s self and in the world.

So through that “serene encounter with reality”, or meditation, you now have the keys to manifesting your desires – be they what they may – for yourself or for the world. It doesn’t get better than that. 

Remember, just 15 minutes of meditation a day is enough to actualize the multiple benefits of daily meditation, which are really countless, as each person experiences the effects of it in the way they most need to experience them – which is truly magical – alongside reaping the other physical, psychological and emotional benefits that daily meditation has to offer, of course.

Welcome to the NEW Meditation.Works Blog Spot, where it’s a whole new world of meditation, brought to you Meditation.Works style!

Welcome also to the powerhouse energies of the New Year 2020, and what is shaping up to be a supremely transformational Decade for all Planet Earthers!

I’ve chosen this most auspicious time to launch this NEW Meditation.Works Blog Site, my Inaugural Celebratory Blog Post, and NEW Instagram Page and YouTube Channel.

It is my sincerest wish that the Guided Meditations I offer, and all the information I bring forward across all these platforms, helps all meditators GET INTO and STAY IN meditation – with ease!, and inspires them to either begin – or renew – their devotion to their meditation practice in as many unique and insightful ways as possible.

All this, ultimately, to contribute significantly to the elevation of consciousness on the planet through individuals of ALL ages, through their healing, experiencing personal transformation; be it physiological, psychological, emotional or spiritual, and raising their vibration and frequency – through the art – and science – of meditation.

Here’s to NEW BEGINNINGS!

WELCOME 2020!

January 1, 2020 heralds not only a New Year of great changes on our planet, it also heralds a greatly anticipated era of profound change, transformation and a great spiritual upliftment, leading to a new, more elevated level of consciousness on planet Earth. 

It’s precursor was a magnificent, off-the-charts, energetically powerful “Ring of Fire” Solar Eclipse that occurred on December 26, 2019.

As Elizabeth Wilcock wrote in her wonderful Invoking New Beginnings Blog: http:// elizabethwilcock.com, “Historically, solar eclipses are associated with life-altering changes that activate your karmic destiny.

The Sun in astrology is associated with our outer personality, our goals and ambitions, our health and career.

The changes that a solar eclipse brings have a fated quality about them that affect these and other personal areas. The changes may arrive in a chance meeting, a change in career, or a change in how you choreograph your day, as a few examples.

Solar eclipses are known to bring rapid change, and are portals for accelerated growth.”

As Susan Miller wrote for http://astrologyzone.com, “Eclipses are dramatic “wild cards” in our horoscopes. They are some of the most dramatic tools that the universe uses to get us to pay attention to areas in our life that need to change. They uproot us, surprise us, and get us moving.”

Thanks to both Elizabeth Wilcock and Susan Miller for the incredible work they put forward on the planet, so we may all benefit from it.

So if all the above isn’t enough already, the annular solar eclipse of December 26th also heralds the alignment of Pluto and Saturn peaking later in January 2020, when our spiritual growth will be greatly accelerated, at which time we will need to learn how to thrive in the new high-vibrational energy, within which we will all be ascending, in varying degrees, into into higher and higher levels of consciousness.

So where am I going with all this? That’s SIMPLE: All this leads to the absolute necessity of…

A MEDITATION REVOLUTION!

With all that’s going on energetically – and otherwise – there’s never been a greater time to be on planet Earth, and neither has there been a time when a MEDITATION REVOLUTION has been more needed!

Meditation.Works is here to simplify and facilitate meditation for , newcomers to meditation, seasoned meditators, and those who are interested in beginning a meditation practice, so individuals, REGARDLESS OF AGE can GET INTO and STAY IN meditation, WITH EASE… and BALANCE the mind and body, achieve all their physical, emotional and spiritual goals, and help negotiate the multifold rapid changes that 2020 heralds!

I’m Renata Duma, and I’m ecstatic to launch this new Blog Site and share this, my Inaugural New Year’s 2020 Celebratory Meditation.Works Blog Post with you, as it has been my life-long dream to share my Guided Meditations, as well as share information about all the prodigious benefits meditation has to offer, with you – and the WORLD!

As a life-long meditator, I’m someone who has seen, first hand, the incredible power of meditation in countless positive outcomes in my own life (one of them being having cured myself of a debilitating, chronic disease through meditation and exercise in less than 6 months… more about that in future posts)!

I’ve also seen, many, many time, and first hand, people heal spontaneously after meditating. The last occurrence was just this summer, when I guided a meditation for a dear friend lakeside, as we wanted to send our intentions of rain to the rainforest, which was at that time, tragically, burning. It was a beautiful meditation, invoking Gaia’s love and assistance, which we both felt very profoundly.

The next morning, the friend I meditated with called me and was completely overjoyed… She had had a chronic health issue for over 20 years that was greatly diminishing her quality of life. She told me that she awoke with it GONE that morning! Now THAT’S the power of pure intention – and meditation, and I call that a REALLY GOOD day. 🙂

So, what’s on the Blog Menu?

If you’re new to meditation, you’ve come to the right place!

In this Meditation.Works Blog, I’ll regularly guide meditation beginners through the meditation experience and offer helpful insights and tips on all aspects and kinds of meditation, and provide the knowledge you need to help get you comfortable with meditating, and perhaps experimenting with various forms of meditation, to see what works best for you, so you can benefit the most from your meditation practice.

If you’re already a seasoned meditator, or somewhere in between, there’ll be plenty to discover in my Blog as well!

We’ll be exploring some of the more esoteric (or hidden) aspects of meditation, such as tantric meditation, breath work, Tibetan Rainbow Body Meditation, and the incredible travels and teachings of Padmasambhava, which is a fascinating subject, among many other subjects.

We’ll also be looking into all forms of meditation and how they can benefit you specifically. That’s including an in-depth exploration of Vipassana meditation, mindfulness meditation, spiritual meditation, focused meditation, movement meditation, mantra or japa meditation, and transcendental meditation.

As a meditator of 35+ years, and Mindfulness Meditation Instructor, I will also be sharing little-known meditation secrets with you that will help enrich and expand your daily meditation practice in ways you never thought possible or attainable!

We will also explore relevant subjects of interest to meditators… like what the best posture to meditate in is, setting up your personal meditation space, and meditation do’s and don’ts, among many other helpful subjects.

And I will continually encourage and inspire you to maintain a regular meditation practice, so you can keep living life at an optimum level!

I will also be interviewing spiritual adepts and Meditation Masters, and sharing their insights with you, so you can benefit from their wisdom and guidance. I’ll also be sharing many mystical and meditation “aha” moments as experienced by myself – and by others, as they share their meditation experiences with me (if they say it’s ok, of course!).

Since this is my Inaugural New Year and Decade 2020 Celebratory Blog Post, and in the spirit of celebration and new beginnings, as mentioned earlier, I am releasing not one, but TWO Guided Meditations to you today!

Here are the links to my FIRST TWO FREE Guided Meditations, The Beginner’s Guide to Meditation, and Expressing Love & Gratitude, or ‘Lovitude’. If you’re new to meditation, all you have to do is close your eyes, take a deep breath, and let my voice guide you gently and softly into a beautiful meditation, and keep you there – in bliss – while you benefit 100% from all the magnificent physiological, psychological, emotional and spiritual benefits meditation has to offer!

Link 1 is for the 15 Minute Version and link 2 is for the 30 Minute Version of both Guided Meditations.

What’s the difference between the 2 versions?

Both versions contain the same amount of Guided Meditation dialogue. The longer version allows for a deeper and even more rewarding meditation experience, as it gives you more time to meditate to a beautiful musical soundscape, while still allowing you to experience the message of the Guided Meditation itself!

If you only have 15 minutes to meditate, that’s GREAT, because you only need 15 minutes a day of meditation to benefit from its many physiological, psychological, emotional and spiritual positive effects. You will find, however, the longer you meditate, the greater and more varied the benefits you experience will be – especially in the long run. It’s totally up to you!

The important thing is to just GET MEDITATING, and benefitting 100% from all the man and mighty benefits meditation offers!
